The 8th annual All-Highlands Parade Of Athletes banquet recognizes and celebrates our student athletes from the three public high schools here in Highlands County. The event is a joint partnership between Sebring Firemen Inc. and Highlands News-Sun. This year’s event will be held at the Alan Jay Arena at the Highlands County Fairgrounds.

DOORS OPEN AT 6 P.M.

The evening’s menu will be a banquet-style dinner featuring the Sebring Firemen’s famous Bar-B-Que chicken.

At the event, multiple awards and scholarships are presented, including a Male and Female Athlete of the Year, and Academic Athlete and Spirit awards for each local high school. Plaques will be awarded to the male and female All-Highlands athlete for each recognized sport. The 2019 All-Highlands Team Of The Year award will also be announced.

    Yes, tickets are available for sale at the door, CASH ONLY, $20 per ticket.

    Each FREE ticket for the event is unique to the Athlete/Coach to whom it is issued. These tickets may not be transferred or copied for admission. PAID tickets may be used by anyone attending the event.

Organizer of 2018 All-Highlands Parade Of Athletes Banquet

Sebring Firemen Inc. (a non-profit 501c) and the Highlands News-Sun are the hosts for the ALL-Highlands Parade Of Athletes. The event is a not-for-profit event in which all funds collected via ticket sales and sponsorships are used to pay for the free meals for the athletes and coaches and to fund the scholarships awarded to the student athletes. The Parade of Athletes has funded over $25,000 in scholarships and charity awards over the last 6 years.
